Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Pepperell Crafts ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened craft supplies. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are your products safe for children?
While many of our items are great for family projects, some kits contain small parts or sharp tools. We recommend adult supervision for children under the age of 12.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service line.
